BINDING SYSTEM: These ingredients bind the bar together. Without these, the bar would just be protein powder. Allulose provides binding as well as sweetness. Unlike sugar, allulose is actually a prebiotic and shown to decrease blood sugar spikes when eaten with other carbohydrates. Polydextrose is also a prebiotic fiber that promotes a healthy microbiome.
