This case is made to hold a full weeks worth of your powdered supplements in one easy place. While there are only four of each bottle, they typically are large enough to handle most mainstream powders. Two of each small bottle will hold up to 3 scoops of pre and post-workout. The bottles are easily mark-able with a permanent marker. The larger protein bottles have a 100ml line built in, which corresponds to a 35 gram scoop.
