Can I add water to the essential oil for use?
No, you cannot. Our diffuser is different from traditional ones as it uses ultrasonic technology to directly convert the essential oil into nano mist, making the fragrance last longer. Adding water is not allowed.
How long can it be used on a single charge?
The waterless diffuser has a built-in 2000mAh battery that can be used continuously for 10 hours and intermittently for 20-30 hours.
Will there be a lot of noise when the diffuser is working?
The product operates at a noise level below 30 decibels, so it won’t disturb you even if placed nearby while you rest.
Why is the fog so small when you turn on the oil diffuser?
Higher essential oil concentration reduces mist output.
Why is there no mist when the mist indicator light is flashing green?
The mist pauses according to the mist intensity level. It will resume after the set time.
